Adam is a chef, Sarah is a wine sommelier, both from the US and after time in Belgium and Spain have now made Portugal their home where they run their farm to table business ‘Terrane’. They discuss, amongst other things, some of the differences between Portugal and Spain, the food culture in Portugal, quality ingredients, wine, and how Adam and Sarah are not trying to reinvent a food culture but are celebrating and honouring it.
